BUSINESSMEN / WOMEN :
- Two Current Passport Photos – White Background (Normal Size) But U.S Size for: Israel & Turkey
- Passport (Must Be Valid For More Than 6 months)
- Photocopy Of All Previous Visas And Stamps
- Birth Cert (Biometric) (copy only)
- Bank Statement For 3 months (original only)
- Introductory Letter From Your Company (On Letterhead) Indicating The Position And Period Of Your Leave (eg. From 16 Th – 30 Th March 2023).
- Letter Should Be Address To: The Consular Officer
- Business Certificates Including Form A (for Business Owners) (Copy Only)
- Marriage Certificate (copy only) (if Married)
- Travel Insurance (copy only)
In case of Rev. Minister :
- Two Current Passport Photos – White Background (Normal Size) But U.S Size for: Israel & Turkey
- Passport (Must Be Valid For More Than 6 Months)
- Photocopy Of All Previous Visas And Stamps
- Bank Statement for 3 Months
- Birth Certificate
- Marriage Certificate (If Applicable)
- Pay Slip (3 Months)
- Introductory letter from your Church stating the DATE OF EMPLOYMENT, POSITION, SALARY and the PERIOD OF YOUR LEAVE (eg. From 16 th – 30 th March 2023).

IN CASE OF SPONSORSHIP :
- Two Current Passport Photos – White Background (Normal Size) But U.S Size for: Israel & Turkey
- Passport (Must Be Valid For More Than 6 Months)
- Photocopy Of All Previous Visas And Stamps
- Sponsorship Letter (original only) Should State Relationship, Name Of Program, Duration Of Program, Responsibilities (eg. I Will Be Responsible For His/her Accommodation, Ticket, Feeding And Any Unforeseen Expenses During The Trip)
- Sponsor’s Bank Statement For 3 Months
- Sponsor’s Copy Of Id Card (Passport, Ghana Card, Driving Lic., Etc) (copy only)
- Business Documents Including Form A (copy only)
or
- Pay Slips For 3months In Case Of Salary Worker (original only)
- In Case Of Mother And Son/daughter Relationship, Please Attach Your Birth Cert To Score Marks.
IN CASE OF EMPLOYEE :
